There are a lot of known diseases, and probably some we don’t know about. Keeping track of them all to make us immune to all of them is tricky! However one day we will have harnessed nanobots to act as sentinels in our body to help our immune systems keep us healthy no matter what!

Probably we will never cure everything. As we cure one problem, people will start dying from another problem, which they would not have had time to develop, as they would have died from the first diseases. For example, in the middle ages people did not die that often from cancer as they would die a lot from a cold, from bacteria, from diabetes, etc. Once we cured those ones, people could live longer and have time to start developing cancers.
