I took Physics, Maths, Computing and Design Technology at A-level. Then I did astrophysics at university. I then went straight into work where I got more training and am actually doing a physics PhD part-time whilst working!
To be a scientist, you need to study a science degree. Depending on the job, you may need a bachelor, a masters, or a PhD. To work in the industry maybe a master is enough. To do research and teach at a university you need a PhD.
