It would be other things very similar to the things in our corner of the Universe. There is no reason to be different. The Universe is pretty uniform. There is no reason to thing our region of the Universe is special.

We currently think that the (admittedly rather large) bubble of the universe we are inside is just one tiny portion of a much MUCH larger thing. It’s just we can’t see outside our bubble. There’s no reason to think anyone outside our bubble would experience anything different to us.

In terms of the universe we CAN see, there are countless stars and galaxies which we can’t zoom into very much so don’t know what’s going on there. We have got some fantastically detailed maps of our own galaxy, though, which has got a hundred-billion stars in it alone! I’m sure there’s all kinds of interesting stars and planets to explore in just our galaxy and I’d love it if we could get there some day.

I think there are multiple universes beside ours which might have different properties. I would be great if it would be actually possible to see/visit them!
