      Unfortunately you don’t get to name these things, they get named by some boring letters. I don’t think my planet even has a name yet.

      Hey Asiagurung, I remember you were asking lots of great questions in the live chat! There are so many planets being discovered (nearly 2000 at the moment!) that we can’t think of names for all of them. Also, if a planet turns out not all that interesting and we never visit it, why bother naming it? You want to save the good names (Tatooine, Alderaan, Hoth, Vulcan, Kronos…) for the planets you’re really interested in 😀 For now, they’re just given numbers in order of discovery 😕
