Question: If you could chang job would you or are you happy with your pay

Hi Jessie! Work isn’t all about pay 🙂 I get paid plenty enough to support my family, have a nice house and car etc, but you’re right that other places might pay more. There are lots of other benefits working at a national laboratory, though! For example I get a good pension, lots of holidays, lots of travel to exotic places around the world, and loads of different personal development and training opportunities. I also have the freedom to do public engagement things like this, which is really important (and good fun!) I’m very happy where I am and am not looking to change just yet! I hope you get a job you love as much as I do
