      Most likely the offspring would not survive due to the too many differences in its genes. Cow is one species of animal. Dog is another species. Even if both two are mammals, they are different species. A species is defined as made by individuals that can mate with each other.

      It wouldn’t work. They are genetically too different. But more simply, imagining a big bull cow and a tiny chihuahua dog… it just wouldn’t work 😯
