  The most exciting piece of kit I work on is my high voltage power supply. A power supply is like the plug you use to charge up your phone battery. However my power supply is at tens of thousands of volts – it’s basically a lightning machine! That makes it very dangerous to touch as you would get zapped by lightning. Exciting, though!
