      Great question with a few different answers!

      1) the universe we can see is about 91 Billion light years across. So we’re in a bubble of space that we can’t see outside. BUT the universe itself is infinite! So there are lots of other bubbles all next to each other. You could call each bubble it’s own universe, I suppose.

      2) Quantum mechanics says that everything that can be done IS done, and there is a different universe for each and every action.

      3) We also think that there are 10 (or 11) dimensions, not just the three in space and one in time (so 4 total) that we know from day-to-day life. You could think of those extra dimensions as different universes 😕
