  I think brain diseases (dementia, parkinson’s etc) are really sad. You can put up with a dodgy heart, missing limb, needing to take medication every day etc, but if your mind starts to fail you’re less of a person 🙁 I wish we understood the brain better and could fix these kinds of diseases. Maybe you’ll find the cure one day!

  Thre are lots of work on brain diseases. I would go for an orphan disease, the one that nobody cares about because just a handful of people has it.
