Things like switching over to cleaner fuels, like wind, solar or nuclear would make the world of difference. Planting more trees would also help reverse some of the damage we’ve already done

We really need to educate the public that nuclear power stations really are GOOD THINGS and should totally replace our horribly polluting coal, oil and gas stations. At the same time, local micro-generation of wind and solar energy in all buildings would really help our energy problems. Also at the same time, we should really be pumping lots more money into nuclear Fusion reactor research. These are as clean and brilliant as existing nuclear Fission reactors, but have no potentially dangerous side-effects (which I must reiterate are NOT THAT BAD anyway). Finally, places like my lab are developing clever carbon-dioxide capture and storage techniques to stop as much pollution escaping the nasty coal plants, so that’s really helping too 😎
